A correction should be easy to request and easy to see.
Evidence changes. Regulations change. Sometimes a sentence is simply wrong. When the substance changes, the record should change with it.
Request a review
Tell us exactly where to look.
Email hello@coreskinatx.comwith the article title or URL, the sentence in question, why you believe it should change, and any supporting source. Please do not include private health information.
Correct by significance
Minor clarity edits may be made directly. Material factual or medical changes return to the appropriate review gate.
Show the change
A material correction receives a dated note explaining what changed and why. The article’s reviewed-on date is updated.
Withdraw when needed
If a reliable correction cannot be completed promptly, the article may be held from view while the issue is resolved.
Privacy first
A correction inbox is not a care channel.
Do not use a correction request for symptoms, urgent concerns, prescription questions, or personal medical advice. It is an editorial route only and is not monitored as a clinical communication channel.
