What happens when you request, change, or cancel an appointment with Core Skin Studio.
Requests and confirmation
Online booking is available to new and existing clients. Existing-client appointments may be confirmed automatically. New-client requests are reviewed before confirmation; please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Card on file
GlossGenius requires a card on file for all online bookings. Your card is not charged when you submit an appointment request. Payment information is entered and handled in the secure GlossGenius flow, not on coreskinatx.com.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change. If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule online, or notify Core Skin Studio at (281) 797-6945 or shami@coreskinatx.com as soon as possible. The current booking setup does not apply a cancellation fee.
Booking privacy
Core’s marketing website does not collect treatment, appointment, or payment details. When online booking is available, you will be transferred to GlossGenius, which operates under its own Privacy Policy and User Terms .
Care boundaries
Core Skin Studio provides aesthetic services and is not a medical facility. Any medical consultation or prescribing is provided separately by appropriately licensed clinicians through a separate clinical entity using Nimbus Healthcare technology and telehealth.
