Core Skin Studio · Bee Cave

Three services.
One foundation.

Barrier, hydration, circulation, habit. Each visit starts with a conversation and becomes a care plan — never a package, and never longer than your skin needs it to be.

Simple care. Strong foundation. Real results.

Service I · Facials

A facial read to your skin, this season.

A facial here starts with where your skin actually is today — barrier first, then hydration, then circulation. Cleansing, considered exfoliation, extractions only where they earn their place, and treatment steps chosen for the state your barrier is in rather than read off a menu.

Austin skin in August is not Austin skin in February, so the same face rarely wants the same facial twice in a year. This suits someone starting out, someone maintaining, and someone whose routine has quietly stopped working. Most skin does well every four to six weeks — often enough to hold progress, rarely often enough to overwork the barrier.

What to expect

  1. 01

    Fifteen minutes of talking

Skin history, what you are using now, what changed recently, and what you would like to be different.

  2. 02

A facial built in the room

Steps chosen as we go. If your barrier is compromised, we do less — on purpose.

  3. 03

    Aftercare in plain words

What to use tonight, what to leave alone for a few days, and what normal looks like tomorrow.

  4. 04

    A cadence, not a subscription

We suggest when to come back and why. Coming back later than that is fine.

Service II · Chemical Peels

Resurfacing, timed to your skin's pace.

A peel is controlled exfoliation: we speed up turnover so tone evens, texture softens, and congestion clears. It answers sun damage, uneven pigment, and rough texture — the things Texas light tends to leave behind.

It is a series, not an event. Most plans run three to six treatments several weeks apart, and strength steps up only when your skin has earned it. Shedding is usually light flaking rather than sheeting. Where the calendar allows, we place peels in the cooler months. If your skin is not ready, we will say so and wait.

What to expect

  1. 01

    We read your history first

Retinoid use, recent sun, cold sores, pregnancy, medications. Some of these change the plan; some pause it.

  2. 02

The first peel is a calibration

We start conservative. How your skin answers decides what the second one is.

  3. 03

    A few days of shedding

Light flaking and tightness, and a real need for sunscreen you will actually reapply.

  4. 04

    Strength earned, not scheduled

We step up when your barrier holds — not because the next appointment says so.

Service III · Microneedling

Collagen, rebuilt over a mapped series.

Microneedling uses controlled micro-injury to prompt your skin to lay down new collagen. The process is real and it is slow: change arrives over months rather than days, and it arrives across a series. It suits texture, scarring, pores, and early laxity.

Most courses are three to six sessions, four to six weeks apart, with maintenance once or twice a year afterwards. We map the whole course before the first session so you know what you are agreeing to. It is not a substitute for sun protection, and the result depends on finishing what we start.

What to expect

  1. 01

    A consult, and a map

How many sessions, how far apart, and what we are treating. You leave knowing the whole course.

  2. 02

    Numbing, then the session

Topical numbing first. Most people describe it as tolerable rather than painless.

  3. 03

A day or two of pink

Like light sun. Makeup waits a day; sun waits longer than that.

  4. 04

    Change that keeps arriving

Most people notice around the second or third session, and collagen keeps building for months after the last.

A different doorway

Medical care happens through a separate telehealth pathway.

A separate pathway for medical questions, delivered by appropriately licensed clinicians through a separate clinical entity using Nimbus Healthcare technology.

Core

Studio skin-care services and non-clinical coordination.

Licensed clinical entity

Evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, consent, follow-up, and the medical record.

Nimbus Healthcare

Technology used for the telehealth experience.

This pathway is not active on this preview. The clinical entity, consent language, privacy terms, and handoff destination must be verified before a medical-services link is published.

The shelf

Only what your skin needs.

A small, curated retail shelf sits at the front of the studio. It is short on purpose. We would rather send you home with three things you will finish than a routine you will abandon by the second week — and if what you already own is working, we will tell you to keep using it.

Questions

Asked quietly,
answered plainly.

If yours is not here, write to us — hello@coreskinatx.com.

01Can I book a consultation without booking a treatment?

Yes. Every service begins with a conversation, and you are welcome to book that on its own. Nothing is decided or charged for on the day unless you want it to be.

02Why are there no prices on this page?

Because the plan decides the price, and the consultation decides the plan. You will have the full number in writing before anything is booked — never a surprise at the desk.

03Why are there no before-and-after photos on the website?

We keep results in the consult room, where we can tell you whose skin it was, what was done, how long it took, and what was realistic about it. A grid of faces on a website cannot do any of that honestly.

04Which treatments work as a series?

Chemical peels and microneedling often do, and we explain the proposed cadence before you start. Facials can be used as periodic maintenance, with timing adapted to your skin.

05My skin is reactive. Is any of this for me?

Often, yes — but slower. A compromised barrier is a reason to do less, not to push through. We would rather spend the first visits repairing than resurfacing.

06How long until I see something?

Timing varies with the service, your skin, aftercare, and the goal. We discuss the expected range before treatment and avoid promising a specific result or deadline.
