Medical review is a defined job,
not a decorative badge.
Content that discusses diagnosis, prescription treatment, medical risk, clinical monitoring, or interpretation of health outcomes does not publish without an appropriately qualified reviewer and a documented scope.
What review means
A check on a specific version.
Medical review means a named, appropriately qualified reviewer evaluated a dated version of the article within a stated scope. Material changes require another review.
Review does not turn general education into personal medical advice, make Core Skin Studio a medical provider, or establish a clinician-patient relationship.
The review record
Four things must be visible.

Scope
The reviewer is given the intended audience, article question, evidence file, proposed claims, disclosures, and care-path boundary.

Accuracy
The reviewer checks whether medical statements reflect the cited evidence and whether uncertainty and meaningful limitations are represented.
- 03
Interpretation
The reviewer flags language that could be read as diagnosis, a personal recommendation, a guarantee, or an unsupported comparison.

Record
The publication record identifies the reviewer, relevant credentials after verification, scope of review, and reviewed-on date.
Operating-model disclosure
Core Skin Studio is a skin-care studio, not a medical provider. Partner-supported medical care is delivered by appropriately licensed clinicians through a separate clinical entity using Nimbus Healthcare technology; the exact clinical entity and handoff pathway are pending verification.
Reviewer names and credentials will appear only after identity, licensure where relevant, and the agreed review responsibility have been verified.
